I would like to commend Kristy Murphy for being an expert Property Manager. She inspires tenants and landlords with her super positive attitude, her tenant selection and retainment are the best off all my property managers. I'm not normally one for providing feedback but I did want to say what an amazing job Kristy is doing. Having previously rented, I've had some great and not so great Property Managers and it really makes a difference in a tenancy. There are some Property Manager's that view the property not as the tenants home but I always felt that Kristy respected the space as my home and not a rental property. When I relocated to Warwick I viewed a number of properties with a number of different agencies. I had a choice of two properties which were both perfect for me and decided to go with LJ Hooker because of Kristy. Kristy has been very approachable throughout my tenancy and it's obvious to see that she enjoys her role. Her professionalism and knowledge of the industry is evident. I have been renting through LJ Hooker for nearly 5 months now. The agent through which I obtained this house was and is a very polite and friendly person to deal with. She has been very understanding about any issues I have with the house and has always been on top of things and has gotten maintenance fixed ASAP.
